About the role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager who can see what’s needed to keep our consumer protection practice in compliance. You‘ll be responsible for advising our business on compliance requirements and related controls.

What you'll be doing

Leading the local B2B compliance strategy by tailoring the global framework to local requirements for onboarding legal entities
Advising product teams on KYB flows and corporate payment features to ensure compliant design and delivery
Interpreting Bank of Israel directives and translating them into actionable business requirements and controls
Aligning local risk management frameworks, governance, and reporting with global standards, while partnering with global Regulatory Compliance Managers
Creating, assessing, and implementing local compliance policies and supporting guidance for consistent execution
Managing key stakeholders across Legal, Risk, AML, Product, and Operations, and acting as a point of contact for regulators, auditors, and local partners
Monitoring business account activity and compliance risk indicators, escalating issues and driving remediation where needed
Reviewing local marketing materials and analysing complaints to maintain consumer protection and positive compliance outcomes

What you'll need

Fluency in English and Hebrew
5+ years of experience in compliance risk management within a bank, financial regulator, or leading law firm focused on banking/fintech
Expertise in the Bank of Israel's regulatory framework and Proper Conduct of Banking Business
Proven B2B/corporate compliance experience with legal entities, including UBO identification and corporate signatory verification
A demonstrated ability to conduct regulatory gap analysis and translate findings into practical control and process improvements
A fintech mindset with a track record of driving digital, automated solutions to regulatory and operational challenges
Experience drafting, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies within a regulated financial environment
Exceptional communication skills to explain complex regulatory concepts clearly to global stakeholders

Nice to have

Experience in fintech
Familiarity with FATCA/CRS reporting for businesses
Knowledge of business credit products
