Babysitter

We’re currently looking for a Babysitter in Herzliya.

A lovely family in Herzliya, near the Reichman University, is looking for a reliable and energetic babysitter to help care for their kindergartener after school, as well as occasional evening care for all three of their children (Ages: 10, 8, 4)

Consistent care is needed 2 or 3 times per week, on consistent days, for up to 2 hours. Days are flexible based on the candidate's availability but must be the same days each week.

The candidate would be walking to the school, picking up the kindergartner and entertaining them at the playground by the school before walking them home. The ideal candidate would be engaging, safety-focused, and be able to speak Hebrew in order to best communicate with the kindergartner.

Schedule:
2 or 3 days consistent days per week
4:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Occasional, pre-planned evening care
Start date: ASAP
Rate: 60 ILS per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Arrive on time at the child’s school
At the playground, engage the child in play, encourage physical activity, and monitor interactions with other children.
Safely walk the child home
Update parents as needed on pickup, playground time, and arrival home.
Be prepared to handle minor injuries (e.g., scrapes or bruises) if necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:
Legal authorization to work in Israel
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience in childcare
Ability to provide two references from previous childcare-related jobs
Certification in first aid (or willingness to obtain one)
Willingness to provide identification for a security check
Comfortable with the family’s one pet cat
Hebrew speaking

Compensation: Position pays 60 per hour and client is looking for a minimum of 4 hours per week.
