P2P Product manager assistant

We are looking for a P2P Product manager assistant that will handle the following:

Shipping & ZIM systems Skills:

Familiar with shipping core process – Export /Import /transshipment
Basic knowledge with ZIM IQ-SHIP module- such as IQ-SHIP,BI, Crystal reports

Connect between Business to IT:

Understanding Needs: Listen attentively to customer concerns to accurately understand their issues and needs.
Convert the business needs into development request and delegate them to IT team- write ZCMS and or Stories
Understanding of the product’s features, functionality, and architecture (how the product integrates with other systems or platforms)

Training and Support Skills:

Presentation Skills: Lead training sessions to educate users or team members on product features and troubleshooting techniques.
User Feedback: Regularly collect feedback from users to identify areas for improvement
Review Processes: Continuously review and refine support processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations to identify the root cause of recurring issues/problems/bugs.
User Guides: Develop user manuals and guides that provide clear instructions on product usage- (Collaboration with Training team)
Tutorials: Create video tutorials, step-by-step guides, or interactive training modules. (Collaboration with Training team)

Analytic Skills:

KPI’s: Track key performance indicators such as response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction.
Analysis: Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

Academic education - Degree in Economics/ Industrial Engineering and Management/ Business Management
System oriented- System design knowledge- BRD and/or SRD writing experience.
Experience in analytics and problem-solving. Support IT system for internal or external customers.
High level of Business English.
Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
