We’re looking for a software engineer

to join our highly skilled and collaborative team. At Stigg, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a high-scale infrastructure that handles over 1 billion requests per month, serving many top-tier customers in demanding production environments.

What will be your primary goals

Promoting a for our engineering team and our customers (which are developers too!)

Building a large scale and fault-tolerant system

Maintaining a framework of SDKs and tools that allows applications to seamlessly handle changes in customer subscriptions and product offerings.

Owning and delivering features end-to-end from ideation through design and implementation to shipping and monitoring.

Making architecture decisions

Continuously improve our codebase and push the bar

Requirements

What we think can help you achieve your goals

6+ years of backend software development experience, preferably in NodeJS and Typescript

2+ years of frontend software development experience, especially in React

Proven experience in building APIs and Microservices

Good understanding of how queues and databases work, especially SQS, Kinesis, PostgreSQL, Clickhouse and DynamoDB

Good understanding of Docker containers, Serverless applications and AWS Lambda

Familiar with cloud computing services, especially AWS

Experience with NestJS and TypeORM

Bonus points:

Familiar with SDK development

Excited to build stuff from scratch

Pragmatic and somewhat opinionated

We work 3 days together, 2 days remote.

Our office is in Tel-Aviv, Neve Tzedek / Rothschild area. We're happy to help our team with commute/ parking and more
