*Job description*
* Provide technical support for VuDrive – Jungo’s aftermarket product and cloud platform
* Respond to and resolve technical issues
* Support VuDrive customers in the US
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
* Communicate common & problems unique to the Product, R&D, and QA teams, and collect issue resolutions
* Proactively follow pilots, and customer reports, find technical issues, and verify constant information flow to customers
* Report to Customer Success team manager
*Requirements*
* 1st degree student
* English Primary fluency / bilingual proficiency – A MUST
* Previous experience in Customer Support role
* A positive approach when interacting with customers is crucial
* Proactive
* Tech oriented
* Availability to work in USA market hours- Monday- Thursday 16:00- 24:00, Friday Flexible hours

* Location: Jungo’s offices Netanya
* Suitable for students
* Working from Israel on U.S. time (evening & night shifts + Fridays)
