Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in IC product development or test engineering, and manufacturing, including characterization, qualification, bring-up, yield improvement, and debug.

10 years of experience as a Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, or Product Engineer.

8 years of experience in people management

Experince working with vendors.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience in wafer probe card, ATE hardware, and experience in managing suppliers on execution of test hardware development and bring-up.
Experience in test engineering, DFT, test hardware, and test program development (e.g., Teradyne UltraFlex, Advantest 93k platforms).
Experience building test program and HVM floor management.

In this role, you will define, lead, and track our products operation covering New Product Introduction, Automated Testing Equipment (ATE) test and characterization, system level testing, and yield improvements processes. You will be managing a team that is responsible for developing test programs, hardware for wafer probe, Automated Testing Equipment (ATE) for characterization, and production testing of very high performance networking and machine learning ICs. You'll also be responsible for developing test plans and supporting the full life cycle of the product from design to volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Be responsible to deliver supply chain operation for ASICs from concept, New Product Introduction, and production through end-of-life.

Lead the COT (Silicon) Operations MRP (Material Resource Planning).
Be in charge of CRP (Capacity Resource Planning), Wafer Allocation, Substrate Capacity Availability, and Test Equipment Utilization.
Manage Multi-Sourcing Qualification Support, Disaster Recovery Plan, Quarterly Price Reconciliation and Publication, Supply Agreement Management, Performance Metrics (i.e., OTD/Quality/Service, etc.), and QBR Support.
Lead logistics and quality (i.e., Material Tracking, Forward and Reverse Logistics, Lot Tracking, Shipping IDs/Packaging/Weight/MOQ/LT, Logistics Reporting, PCN Implementation, Incoming/Outgoing Inspections Support, RMA Management, Supplier Quality Metrics, and Sustainability Information.
