(A Pre-Sales Specialist for Managing Technological Solutions in the Education Sector) *Contractor!*

*General Description of the Role*

The role includes leading the professional deployment of advanced technological solutions in the *education* domain, with emphasis on integrating AI in learning environments. The candidate will work directly with diverse education clients — local authorities, education networks, higher education institutions, and the Ministry of Education headquarters. They will be responsible for specifying and implementing techno-pedagogical solutions tailored to client needs.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Leading the specification, development, and implementation of advanced technological solutions in education.
* Managing partnerships with education clients, government bodies, and educational organizations.
* Developing and leading training and professional development programs for teaching and higher education teams.
* Ongoing collaboration with product, development, and marketing teams domestically and internationally to improve and customize existing solutions.
* Presenting technological solutions at conferences, workshops, and professional events.
* Maintaining continuous field engagement, identifying educational needs, and translating them into practical technological solutions.

*Job Requirements*

* At least 3 years of experience leading technological projects with clients.
* Technical skills: familiarity with Microsoft 365 products, Teams, Copilot, Azure.
* Technical ability in solution specification, working with technological interfaces, and systemic understanding.
* Experience working with AI-based systems — significant advantage.
* Experience in hands-on training or pedagogical work — advantage.

*Languages*

* Hebrew — Full fluency.
* English — High proficiency (ability to work fluently with international teams, professional writing, and presenting solutions in English).

*Additional Attributes*

* *Availability for travel across the country (including frequent visits to educational institutions, conferences and etc).*
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with high interpersonal communication skills.
* Creative thinking, systemic vision, and ability to translate educational needs into technological solutions.

*Additional Advantages*
