We are looking for a highly technical, fast-learning execution powerhouse to bridge the gap between Engineering, Data, AI, Product, and Digital Growth.

We do not just need a strategist; we need a relentless driver. If you excel at planning but struggle with pushing teams to deliver, this is not the role for you. You will own the end-to-end execution of critical growth infrastructure, ensuring our systems effectively support user acquisition, conversion, and bottom-line performance.

This role requires a strong technical background and someone who naturally thinks outside the box. If you are a fast learner who loves pushing the limits of what AI can do, and you have the grit to hold stakeholders accountable and crash through bottlenecks to guarantee end-to-end delivery, you belong here.

Responsibilities
Relentless End-to-End Execution: Take absolute ownership of technical growth initiatives from problem definition to production deployment. You are the engine that pushes projects forward—managing timelines, holding engineering and marketing accountable, and aggressively eliminating blockers to ensure zero gap between planning and execution.
Next-Gen Discoverability & SEO: Build the technical foundations for modern search visibility, ensuring our content is optimized not just for traditional search engines, but for emerging AI platforms and generative engines.
Advanced Tracking & Attribution: Architect and manage robust, privacy-first data pipelines, including server-side tagging and infrastructure capable of supporting complex multi-touch attribution models.
Personalization & Engagement Engines: Partner with engineering to build and scale backend systems that drive user engagement, such as recommendation algorithms, targeted audience segmentation, and personalized lifecycle messaging.
Viral & Organic Growth Systems: Design and implement the technical loops and platforms required to drive exponential organic acquisition and scalable content distribution.
Innovate with AI: Continuously research and implement out-of-the-box AI tools and digital solutions to improve user journeys, automate workflows, and optimize funnels.

Requirements
A "Driver" Mentality: You possess an elite ability to push cross-functional teams (especially engineering) to execute. You know how to balance empathy with the firm accountability needed to hit deadlines and ship code.
Strong Technical Background: 5+ years in technical program management, engineering, or highly technical growth roles. You deeply understand web systems, infrastructure (CDNs, rendering), and data pipelines.
Fast Learner & Innovator: You adapt quickly to new technologies and possess an out-of-the-box, systems-thinking mindset. You figure things out fast and don't let ambiguity slow you down.
AI Enthusiast: You don't just know about AI; you actively love using it. You have hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for automation, personalization, or content scaling.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between business/marketing needs and engineering execution, creating clear priorities, technical roadmaps, and actionable sprints without losing details in the handoff.
Growth Tech Mastery: Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, tracking protocols, server-side data routing, and experimentation systems (A/B testing, audience centers).
Data Fluency: Strong experience with data analysis and BI tools (SQL, dashboards) to measure the impact of the systems you build.
