Project Manager

Role Description Pres Global is looking for a Customer Project Manager. The customer project manager will be responsible for the definition, planning and execution of multidisciplinary projects with the company's strategic customers. Direct communication with customers, sales team and technical field. Accountable and responsible for the success of all agreed-upon customer programs. What You'll Be Doing Own the customer deliverables, projects and support cases across the entire lifecycle according to various relevant KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and customer SLAs (Service Level Agreements). Understand the customer roadmap, processes and culture: how it aligns to Pres roadmap and address any gaps. Communicate directly with the customer in coordination with Sales & Support Manage internal process and resources for successful execution of projects and activities. Experience in a global working environment, global companies and customers. Advantages Experience in past ticketing solutions.
