What You Will Do:
Oversee and manage the accounting function, including general ledger maintenance, month-end close, and reconciliation processes.
Prepare statutory financial statements and manage tax filings across multiple jurisdictions (US, Israel, Europe, and India), collaborating with local accountants to ensure compliance.
Manage core accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, cash management, journal entries, invoicing, expense reimbursements, accruals, and compliance.
Review and mentor Bookkeepers, ensuring accuracy and professional development.
Perform financial reviews and analysis to ensure data accuracy across all company entities.
Assist in setting up processes for customer contracts, billing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, deferred revenue, and commissions.
Work closely with external auditors and consultants during audits and ongoing financial matters.
Support ad-hoc finance projects and special initiatives as needed.
What You Will Have:
At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller or Controller in a SaaS company.
CPA qualification from a Big 4 accounting firm, with expertise in the high-tech sector.
Strong knowledge and experience in US-GAAP accounting and tax-related matters.
Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Excel skills and experience with NetSuite (advantage).
Fluent English, with excellent communication skills.
