Fluent Trade Technologies is a global Fintech leader, providing high-performance technology to the world’s largest banks and brokers. We specialize in ultra-low latency solutions and market data, operating R&D centers in Jerusalem alongside global development and sales hubs across Europe, Asia and the US.
We are seeking a Global Head of HR to join our executive leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a strategic partner in the company’s growth and evolution. This role is designed for a data-driven leader who has thrived in US Corporate or Private Equity (PE) backed environments and understands the operational rigor required in these settings.
As Global Head of HR, you will oversee our entire international workforce, ensuring a unified HR approach across all global hubs and our domestic operations.
This is a full time position based in the company’s Jerusalem offices.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a core member of the leadership team, aligning human capital with business objectives.
Manage the full employee lifecycle for 150+ employees across multiple global sites.
Lead a diverse workforce, ensuring operational consistency and cultural cohesion across different geographies and varied demographic sectors.
Take responsibility for headcount planning, global compensation & benefits (C&B), and HR analytics, presenting KPIs and ROI to the CEO and Board.
Execute recruitment and retention strategies that support scaling while maintaining high professional standards.
Implement frameworks for professional development and leadership coaching within a high-stakes tech environment.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a Global Head of HR or VP HR in a high-growth technology company.
Proven experience in a US Corporate environment or a Private Equity-backed company, with comfort in reporting standards, rigorous accountability, and the operational pace expected by US institutional stakeholders.
Direct experience managing international operations and offshore hubs.
Proven ability to manage a diverse workforce, with the sensitivity and expertise to navigate various cultural backgrounds and community-specific requirements.
Experience in organizations of at least 100+ employees through stages of significant growth.
Strong data orientation—comfortable with budgets, compensation modeling, and HR technology.
Fluent, executive-level English is a must.
A hands-on, dynamic leader who takes initiative and thrives in fast-paced environments.
