About the Role
We are looking for Commission Analyst, The team operates under the Finance Department and works closely with Sales teams in the US and Europe.
Responsible for managing sales targets, commission plans, and commission payments.
The role includes administrative work in Xactly and Excel, communication with sales representatives, and analytical work related to commission calculations and forecasts.
Requires strong numerical understanding, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Calculate, analyze and monitor the integrity and validity of monthly commission payments for the sales team
Identify and address challenges in the commission system
Communicating and addressing sales team queries in relation to their compensation
Analyze commission figures of the sales team in the company
Support and execute the commission plans to each of the Company’s Sales Team

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Management
1-2 years of experience as an analyst- Advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly driven and self-motivated
Ability to work hard under pressure in a globally dynamic environment
Outstanding oral and written communication skills is a must
Highly responsible, very detailed oriented, and organized (Attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills)
Team player, can-do attitude, flexible, self-motivated
Experience with Microsoft Excel - Advantage
Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
