Process Engineer – Electrical/Electronics

A leading high-tech company is looking for a highly skilled Process EngineeR to join our advanced manufacturing team. This role involves developing and supporting ultra-precise production processes (at micron-level accuracy) using Die Attach (DA) and Wire Bonding (WB) machines, as well as other automated technologies. Key Responsibilities: Real-time troubleshooting and technical support on production lines Developing and optimizing micro-assembly processes Writing procedures and work instructions Fault diagnosis, failure investigation, and root cause analysis Process control and yield analysis Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Optics, or Physics Experience in DA and WB process development At least 3 years of experience in process-based manufacturing environments Experience in process control and YIELD analysis Strong technical skills, hands-on approach, and multidisciplinary thinking Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Strong team player This position is open to all qualified applicants, regardless of gender.
