Import Export Specialist

We are looking for an excellent Import Export Specialist to join our team in Israel.

Job Description:

Owner of all Import/Export activities in the company. Working with internal teams and end customers
Daily work with the shipping companies, customs agents and Israeli ministry of health.
Ensure compliance with company’s KPIs and goals, both for import of raw material and RMA as well as shipping finished goods and samples.
Coordinating all shipments with customers, and internal functions – planning, purchasing, warehouse, finance & other internal functions.
Perform tenders, reports of shipments cost and continuous important plan.
Initiate and lead process improvements, supporting organization’s cost reduction targets.

Job Requirements:

Job skills:
1-2 years of experience Import\Export roles.
Knowledge with incoterms.
Experience in working with global suppliers/
Experience in a courier company or medical device company – an advantage.

Computer skills:

Exelnt acquaintance with all Office tools
Experience in SAP ERP systems
Language skills: Fluent English
