About The PositionElmo servo drives technology (A Bosch Company) enables the world’s most advanced robotics, medical devices, semiconductors, and industrial automation equipment.We are looking for a hands-on Senior Bookkeeper to join our team.This role combines full-cycle bookkeeping responsibilities with ownership of financial reporting, month-end close processes, and audit support in a dynamic, global environment.Responsibilities-Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activitiesPrepare financial reports and support external auditsReconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts on an ongoing basisEnsure compliance with U.S. accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirementsMaintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentationWork closely with headquarters and provide regular financial reportingCollaborate with vendors, customers, auditors, and financial service providersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred5+ years of bookkeeping and accounting experienceStrong knowledge of U.S. accounting principles and tax regulationsExperience managing full-cycle bookkeeping independentlyProficiency with QuickBooks and accounting/ERP systemsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesAdditional Information-On-site positionLocation: Nashua, New Hampshire
