Intelligent Automation Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert Technology Consultant with a strong focus on intelligent automation to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying client needs, building compelling proposals, and delivering focused value propositions to drive business growth. This role requires exceptional client management skills, managing skills, a deep understanding of technology delivery, and the ability to match the right technological solutions to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 5-7 developers/consultants.
Engage with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for intelligent automation.
Develop and present tailored proposals that align with client needs and showcase the value of our intelligent automation solutions.
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their strategic goals and how our technology can enhance their operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
Facilitate meaningful conversations with developers, tech leads, and other stakeholders to drive project success without the need for hands-on coding.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to provide informed recommendations and maintain our competitive edge.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language that can be easily understood by non-technical clients.
Drive the sales process by identifying new opportunities and assisting in the negotiation and closure of deals.
Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to both clients and internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology consulting, with a focus on intelligent automation.
Previous experience as a team leader.
Proven track record of developing successful technology solutions and managing client relationships.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and product development methodologies.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Desired Attributes:

MBA or advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
Certifications in intelligent automation technologies and methodologies.
Experience in a client-facing role within a consulting firm or technology services provider.
Knowledge of multiple technology platforms and the ability to recommend the most suitable solutions.
Adept at working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and internal teams.
