Antenna System Engineer (5597)

*Responsibilities:*

Project management from planning through production and integration, including schedule planning, milestone tracking, budgeting, writing specifications, work plans, and SOW documents.

Development of antennas and antenna arrays for airborne platforms – leading all development phases from requirements definition, antenna design, prototyping, laboratory and range testing. Performing analyses using CST, MATLAB, and conducting system-level calculations (e.g., Link Budget).

Collaboration with suppliers and manufacturers, and providing technological solutions to improve antenna performance.

Working with customers, supporting production phase, writing and delivering technical presentations.

*Requirements:*

At least 5 years of experience in antenna development

B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – a must

M.Sc. with a specialization in Antennas and RF – advantage

Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from technical reviews, discussions, and test results; ability to evaluate technical and managerial challenges from multiple perspectives and propose various solutions
