Fullpath is seeking a motivated Finance Intern to join our lean and high-performing finance team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about finance operations in a fast-paced tech company, gaining exposure to the core tasks that support our financial health. You’ll assist the team with day-to-day activities and gain hands-on experience that will help build your financial skill set.

This role is based in our Jerusalem or Tel-Aviv offices and reports to the Director of Finance.

Requirements:

Current student in the final years of a Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Detail-oriented and organized with a willingness to learn and ask questions.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, or billing software is a plus but not required.
Able to work well within a team and take direction in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to develop finance skills and grow professionally.

What you will be responsible for:

Billing & Customer Account Management:

Assist in building out Fullpath’s billing platform with customer setup, subscription activations/changes/cancellations, invoice adjustments, and credit processing.
Support reconciliation of billing data with Salesforce to ensure accuracy.

A/R and Collections Support: Track outstanding payments, assist with follow-ups and maintain accurate records.

Expense System:

Assist in managing the expense system by tracking and reviewing expenses and vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance.
Support ad hoc finance projects, including data research and basic analysis related to cost control and reporting.

Financial Reporting: Update data and prepare basic reports such as spend, expenses and collections summaries.

Process Improvement & Projects: Support ad hoc projects, research, and analysis, and suggest improvements to billing and finance workflows.

The top candidate will also have:

Prior internship or coursework involving basic finance, accounting, or data analysis.
Interest or experience with automation tools or AI-assisted productivity apps.
