We are looking for an excellent IT Engineer to join our team in Israel.

Job Description:

Administer the company's IT, including network, servers, software, SAAS applications, and hardware devices.
Provide guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-up for company employees.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Install and troubleshoot end user equipment, software, hardware, multimedia, and telecommunications systems.
implement IT systems and solutions.
Collaborate with other IT staff and vendors.
Document system configuration and procedures

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year experience as a Help Desk / IT Support
High customer orientation skills
Familiarity with Hardware components (Desktops, Laptops, Servers)
Experience with handling IT tasks on Windows OS and MacOS
IT backend environment understanding (GPO, Single Sign-On, Active directory, O365, Azure)
Well experienced in supporting end-user desktop applications such as internet browsers, printing, Antivirus etc.
Knowledge of networking components and infrastructure (Lan / Wan, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
Communication skills for interfacing with employees in a multitasking environment
Solid knowledge of information security principles and practices
Russian communication Skills - an advantage
Language skills: Fluent English & Hebrew.
