Support Engineer 3–5 years of experience in a technical support role for SaaS security software Experience working with Kubernetes environments Experience working with APIs Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic) and logging solutions (e.g., Grafana) for issue identification and resolution Experience using a support ticketing tool (e.g., Zendesk) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent English, both written and spoken Professional Services / Implementation Engineer 3–5 years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation, Solutions Engineering, or Deployment Engineering roles. Background in networking or cybersecurity domains (e.g., firewalls, secure web gateways, proxies, endpoint security, identity). Hands-on experience deploying security products in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of network architectures, traffic flows, and security policy design. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to operate under pressure during customer go-lives. Proven ability to manage customer relationships and confidently lead discussions with enterprise stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable working cross-functionally with Support, Product, and R&D teams.
