What We Do:

The Product team is responsible for creating and optimizing the best-in-class E-commerce websites to enhance conversions and engagement in a competitive landscape. We utilize cutting-edge technologies and implement best practices in A/B testing to make data-driven decisions that continuously improve our performance.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a Product Manager to help enhance our digital shopping experience and drive measurable impact. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams in global and hybrid environments. Your responsibilities will include optimizing UI/UX, improving conversion rates, and developing new features to enhance the user journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Define and prioritize product initiatives that drive business impact and customer need
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to execute product improvements
Lead A/B tests and data analysis to drive decision-making
Optimize user flows to improve engagement and conversion rates
Own the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities
Monitor product performance metrics, such as conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and backlog grooming

Qualifications:

3+ years of product management experience
Experience working in E-commerce/B2C/D2C companies - an advantage
Understanding of user behavior and preferences in the online shopping journey
Experience optimizing UI/UX and working collaboratively with design teams
Proven ability to work with R&D teams, write requirements and PRD documents, and manage product roadmaps
Experience with making data-driven decisions, including familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and platforms like Dynamic Yield or similar platforms
Familiarity with SEO best practices and front-end development concepts - an advantage
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas to various global stakeholders
A proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
