CISO and IT Manager

CISO and IT Manager, +5 years in information security, with leadership experience as CISO in SaaS or cloud-native fast-growing startups Proven track record managing compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001), cloud security, and GRC functions +3 years’ experience in IT management, experience in a SaaS environment preferred Deep understanding of modern cloud security models (e.g., zero trust, IAM, DevSecOps) Proficiency with security tools (CSPM , EDR’s , MDM’s ) such as endpoint protection, and MFA solutions In-depth knowledge of IT and SaaS infrastructure, including cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure Strong understanding of identity and access management (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) Strong knowledge of legal/privacy frameworks: GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27701 Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field *Equivalent military experience or practical field experience may be considered in lieu of formal education Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or CCSP Strategic mindset with hands-on understanding of SaaS infrastructure Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Capable of mentoring junior IT/security staff and working with exec leadership משרה נוספת - IT Manager Minimum of 4 years' experience as a System Administrator. · At least 2 years' experience in an IT Manager role. · Experience working with IT infrastructure systems in a Microsoft based environment. · Proven experience managing VMware based virtual environments. · Proven experience managing Microsoft 365. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Proficient in English speaking and writing. · Team Player. · Experience in management – Advantage. · Experience managing an environment which is SOX and ISO 27001 compliant - an advantage. · Experience with AWS / Azure – an advantage. · Knowledge of Dev-Ops concepts and ability to provide assistance to the dev teams with CI/CD - an advantage.
