Director Of Procurement

Join Fiverr as our new Director of Procurement and play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic sourcing and negotiation processes. You'll step into a high-visibility position within our Finance operations, collaborating closely with Legal, IT, and business leaders to ensure seamless procurement continuity and drive significant cost efficiencies.

Requirements:

You are a true Stabilizing Captain at heart, experienced in leading teams, thriving in high-velocity environments and providing calm, strategic direction amidst evolving challenges.
You possess a deep understanding of procurement best practices, supplier management, and contract administration, with proven experience managing high-value contracts and complex negotiations.
You bring strong analytical, financial acumen, and project management capabilities, coupled with a knack for problem-solving.
You excel at building and nurturing relationships, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster collaboration across diverse teams.
You are adept at leveraging ERP and procurement systems (e.g., NetSuite, Bizdoc, Opstream) to drive operational efficiency and strategic insights.
You have a comprehensive grasp of global purchasing methods, procedures, and contract management, with a talent for identifying and implementing practical sourcing solutions.
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to drive procurement efficiency
Fluent Hebrew and English

Nice to have

Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and their application within procurement functions.

What am I going to do?:

Develop and implement a forward-thinking procurement and sourcing strategy that aligns with Fiverr's overarching business objectives.
Lead complex, high-value contract negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and service-level agreements with key suppliers.
Oversee and optimize procurement budgets, ensuring efficient spend across all categories and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
Cultivate and maintain robust, collaborative relationships with strategic suppliers and external partners.
Spearhead initiatives to enhance procurement processes, streamline operations, and unlock new avenues for value creation.
Serve as a trusted advisor, partnering daily with Finance, Legal, Operations, and IT teams to ensure procurement activities are strategically aligned.
