Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial, product/business/partnership development, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
Proficiency in project management and strategic planning.
Strong client relationship management skills.
Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
Experience in business development and sales orientation.
Background in law or accounting with the ability to read and interpret agreements.
B2B experience in the iGaming industry (advantageous).
Ability to express informed opinions and maintain a broad vision.
About the position:
The Commercial Specialist supports the commercial department in driving the success of our relationship with our clients by assisting with the management of commercial aspects of product launches, market analysis, and client interactions. This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing market and client data and to coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic maneuvers to support the growth of the business and to ensure seamless and smooth commercial and product-release processes within the company and with our clients. The role also includes managing operational aspects of commercial issues while maintaining client relationships to promote long-term success.
Responsibilities:
Assist in leveraging market data and customer feedback to align and execute commercial strategies and products with the market status.
Gathering feedback and maintaining strong relationships inbound and outbound.
Assist in evaluating market entry and collaborate with internal teams to tailor business plan for new markets.
Collect and analyze data on product performance and market conditions, providing insights to support decision-making.
Coordinate between commercial, R&D, and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of product launches.
Assist in managing and launch timelines while ensuring compliance with commercial policies.
Gather product information, prepare documentation, and support the execution business plans by monitoring timelines and ensuring all aspects are addressed.
