Among these topics are Climate Change, Life-Sciences & Healthcare and Enterprise Digital Transformation.

Your Role:

As a Senior Consultant on the team, you will be at the forefront of innovation, conducting cutting-edge analysis and research within your topic(s) and leveraging insights to support transformation efforts for clients and stakeholders. You will engage with key local and global players to identify priorities, conduct startup-focused research, design tech landscapes, and support client service opportunities in Israel, US and globally. You will become an expect in your topic(s), gaining deep insight into trends and business realities, and familiarizing yourself with tech solutions. You will work hand-in-hand with clients and colleagues to help them harness the power of Innovation ecosystems and drive real change.

Ecosystem Insights:
Conduct assessment of firm priority areas and issues within selected topics and build a research and solutioning agenda
Conduct in-depth analysis and research in selected topics, map value-chains and assess relevant solutions
Engage stakeholders within Deloitte and within the innovation ecosystem (investors, entrepreneurs, executives, researchers, etc.) to support research agenda
Create, package and publish insights based on research agenda that will facilitate client conversations
Solutions:
Support client engagement opportunities and client business development efforts
Leverage insights to create innovation and startup-based solutions that will enable clients envision, develop and implement new capabilities
Develop materials and methodologies to support clients in their journey to envision, develop and implement new capabilities
Additional Responsibilities:
Support business development efforts for Israeli startups
Support strategic projects led by EIS
Support ongoing business development efforts across a range of additional Catalyst activities

Ideally You Are:

Passionate about innovation, technology and business and able to translate tech into business, and business into tech
Familiar with the US business environment and culture
Capable and experienced in research and deep thinking, communications and stakeholder engagement
Familiar with, and networked within, the Israeli innovation ecosystem
Capable of, and experienced in, consulting, product or investment analysis

Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
3-5 years of experience in investment analysis, consulting, innovation management, or a similar role.
Proven ability to engage with and foster relationships within an innovation ecosystem.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with content creation.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Passion for innovation and Israel’s startup ecosystem
Knowledge of Israel's innovation ecosystem is a plus.
Fluent or mother-tongue level English
