We're seeking an experienced and visionary engineering group leader to oversee our entire suite of customer products, including Sunbit credit card technology, Sunbit customer App, Sunbit customer service, Sunbit collection strategy, Sunbit payment strategy, and infrastructure.

Sunbit is facing significant strategic growth. It is creating the next generation of a novel digital credit card that will revolutionize the US credit card industry. The experienced leader will contribute to Sunbit's effort to create and execute this vision.

This role is crucial in shaping the future of our offerings and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor cross-functional development teams focused on digital credit card strategy, risk management, user experience, payment, and collection strategy.
Develop and execute the product and technology roadmap for all customer-facing offerings.
Drive technical strategy aligned with company goals and technological advancements.
Collaborate with C-level executives to define and implement company-wide initiatives.
Member of the Israel Tech management team.
Work with the global Customer Group management team, including executives in the USA (business, product).
Data-oriented decision-making and product tuning.
Understand the business domain, logic, and the impact of decisions on the product's performance.
Ensure our products meet the highest quality, security, and user experience standards.

Requirements:

Over 7 years of management experience, including at least 3 years in group management.
Mandatory experience leading teams and managers
Strong background in software architecture, design, and best practices.
Experience collaborating closely with business leaders in the US.
Hands-on coding experience.
Proven success in launching and scaling products.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Experience managing teams across different R&D sites is a plus.
Knowledge of financial services and regulatory environments is advantageous.
