Technical Operations Engineer

You will work closely with the Customer Experience and Research & Development (R&D) teams to optimize processes, improve product quality, and effectively manage escalations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background in cloud environments and a passion for delivering high-quality services to our customers.You have an amazing opportunity to join a fast-growing company and become an integral part of a rewarding journey.We literally see all ways and strive to be one step ahead of the customer’s experience so if you are passionate about delivering outstanding and proactive technical solutions - you will love this role!Responsibilities:Monitor and maintain the performance, security, and availability of our SaaS solutionRespond to various technical issues in real-time to ensure production system healthCollaborate with Customer Experience and R&D teams to streamline processes and enhance overall product qualityBe able to multitask and prioritize incoming tasksRespond to and handle escalations from customers or internal teams efficiently and effectivelyImplement best practices for monitoring, logging, and alerting in a cloud environmentContinuously identify opportunities for automation and process improvementsConduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measuresDevelop and maintain troubleshooting skills and technical knowledgeDocument operational procedures and contribute to knowledge sharing within the teamRequirements:2+ years of proven experience as a Technical Operations or NOC Engineer role in a SaaS companyHands-on experience with cloud platformsKnowledge of monitoring tools and best practices for monitoring cloud-based applicationsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issuesExperience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologiesEffective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsAbility to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environmentProactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement and learningExcellent verbal and written EnglishHands-on experience with Linux and Dockers/KubernetesAWS practitioner certificate is an advantageFamiliarity with automation concepts is an advantageExperience with Cyber security companies is an advantageBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage
