Business Project Manager

abra R&D is looking for a Business Project Manager!

This role involves initiating, planning, coordinating, and managing projects from the requirements definition stage to full implementation. Responsibilities include defining business needs, writing business requirements, managing resources and timelines, and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Manage, plan, and lead cross-organizational business projects.
Define and document business requirements based on organizational and project needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, business units, and technology teams.
Oversee tasks, budgets, and timelines to ensure project goals are met.
Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Participate in cross-functional workgroups and drive collaboration between departments.
Implement project management methodologies and continuously improve work processes.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years of experience in business project management – mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – mandatory.
Proven experience in defining and writing business requirements.
Strong leadership, coordination, and process management skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
