Natural Language Processing Engineer

Droxi solves the most burning issue for health systems in the US today - the endless overload of EHR inbox - refills, lab results, and medical advice requests. By freeing up 50% of healthcare providers' inbox task time, they can devote more time to their patients, bringing back the joy of practicing medicine.

*Role Description*

The NLP Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing NLP solutions for Droxi's product offerings. This includes developing and maintaining NLP models, enhancing deep learning algorithms, and improving machine learning capabilities.

This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Haifa by the train station, with flexibility for some remote work.

*Qualifications*
* Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks (NER, Classification) and tools (spaCy, LangChain, huggingface).
* Preferably worked LLM fine-tuning (LORA, RAG).
* Data Science skills, including proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
* Deep Learning and Neural Networks experience (PyTorch)
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong programming skills in Python
* A “can-do” attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
* Ability to work independently as well as be a team player.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

*Advantages*
* Experience in MLOps (MLFlow)
* Experience with healthcare data standards and coding systems such as ICD, UMLS, SNOMED, LOINC.
* Experience with AWS Infrastructure.
* Experience with knowledge graphs and embedding.
* Knowledge of efficient inference techniques.
