The opportunity

For our strategic site in Kfar Saba we are looking for a team leader to join our production leadership team. We are a leading manufacturing site for Teva sterile Bio similar products and a world expert in sterile products manufacturing.

How you’ll spend your day

• Managing Teva Israel sterile production commercial lines
• Leading the operation team throughout the shift, while meeting production targets
• Leading projects and operating a wide range of tasks in front of many interfaces in the company (production departments, quality assurance, engineering, R&D)
• Responsibility for providing technical and professional solutions
• Conducting investigations, controlling processes and writing reports
• People management and development

Your experience and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology/ Mechanical Engineering / Chemistry/ Industrial Engineering and Management / Life Sciences / other
• At least two years of experience in managing employees - also available from the military / volunteer framework
• Experience in leading processes and project management
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels in Teva
• High level of English
• Knowledge of computers and control of OFFICE applications
• Technical background - a significant advantage
• work three shifts and overtime
