Senior Python Engineer

Role Overview:

Work closely with the co-founders to shape the technical vision, build scalable backend systems, and drive key technology decisions. This is a hands-on role, taking the product from prototype to production while solving real customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop secure, high-performance backend systems
Lead technology decisions and establish best practices
Collaborate with commercial teams to align tech with business goals
Take ownership of the full development lifecycle
Play a key role in growing the engineering team

Requirements:

5+ years of backend development experience
Strong Python skills (bonus: Node.js, Java, Go, etc.)
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of security best practices (e.g., SOC 2)
Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and agile environments
Startup mindset with strong problem-solving skills
