Position Overview
We’re looking for a Head of GTM to lead our outbound engine. This role is for a proven sales development leader with strong hands-on outbound experience and a track record of managing and scaling BDR teams — owning team performance, outreach strategy, pipeline quality, and day-to-day execution.
You’ll manage a team of BDRs while staying close to the field: testing messaging, improving processes, coaching reps, and partnering tightly with Sales and Marketing to ensure we consistently generate qualified pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & coach a team of BDRs to hit monthly meeting and pipeline targets (1:1s, call reviews, onboarding support).
- Own outbound strategy — build and optimize sequences, messaging, and targeting across email/LinkedIn.
- Drive pipeline execution — prioritize accounts, ensure high-quality qualification, and manage smooth handoffs to Sales.
- Team enablement: Lead by example, remove blockers in real time, and build the processes and tools the team needs to execute faster and smarter.
- Own CRM discipline — maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and lead management in HubSpot and outreach tools.
- Own and grow referral partner channels, activating and nurturing partners to drive qualified opportunities into the pipeline.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to improve ICP, campaigns, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in BDR/SDR or similar outbound sales role (must)
- 1+ years of experience coaching, mentoring, or leading BDRs (formal or informal)
- Expertise with AI-powered outbound and prospecting workflows
- Proven ability to consistently generate qualified meetings and pipeline
- Strong experience working with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and outreach tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and metrics-driven
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
