This role will focus on preparation of work plans, short term estimates and long term predictions of Teva's financial results supporting senior management and BOD, as well as supporting new systems implementations within FP&A community across Teva organizationHow you’ll spend your dayCorporate FP&A business partner and focal point for commercial regionsStandardize and streamline forecasting processes with clear methodology across all unitsP&L and cash analysis as part of the corporate FP&A routinesSupporting Teva Rolling forecast (RF) process, quarterly business update (QBU) as well as manage Weekly Tracker (WT).Be an active part of a team responsible to implement new FP&A systems within FP&A communityEstablish models and tools for the groupSupport ad hoc requests by management for analyzes as part of Corporate FP&A routinesYour experience and qualificationsAt least 5-7 years of financial experienceFinancial education: economics, financeSuccessful track record in a finance position in FP&A of a global organizationCapability to lead complex, cross-company processes, and process management experience – an advantageStrong collaboration and Influencing skillsCapability to handle pressure/deadlines with the ability to deal with significant amounts of information, with attention to detailsStrong Team player with positive vibesSelf-learner and independent solving problem approachknowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial – an advantageMS Excel and Presentation Skills - mustFamiliarity with SAC (SAP Analytic Cloud) / BI tools - highly preferredOutstanding verbal and written communication skills in EnglishReports ToDirector, FP&A Commercial BP leadAlready Working @TEVA?If you are a current Teva employee, please apply using the internal career site available on "Employee Central".
