מנהל/ת פרויקט – קואליציית ארגונים לנוכחות מגינה

קול רבני לזכויות אדם (RHR) מוביל פרויקט בשיתוף קואליציה של חמישה ארגונים שונים הפועלים בתחום ההגנה על זכויות אדם. מטרות הפרויקט הן:
הגדלת המספר והיכולת של פעילים בהגנה אזרחית בלתי חמושה, במטרה לתת מענה להפרות זכויות אדם נגד פלסטינים בגדה המערבית באמצעות הגנה ישירה, הסלמה־נגדית (דה־אסקלציה), תיעוד וסולידריות.

יצירת הזדמנויות לבניית מודעות וחוסן בתוך ובין קהילות וחברות ישראליות ופלסטיניות.

תיאור התפקיד
תכנון, יישום וביצוע יעילים ובזמן של פעילויות הפרויקט המתוכננות, שיתקיימו משני צדי הקו הירוק.

סיוע בעמידה בדרישות רגולטוריות, כולל מעקב אחר תפוקות, ניהול הוצאות והערכה תקופתית.

השתתפות בישיבות חודשיות פרונטליות של קואליצית הפרויקט (חמשת הארגונים) לצורך הערכת התקדמות הפרויקט, קבלת החלטות ודיווח על היישום.

תפקוד כגורם מקשר מרכזי עבור הצוותים המיישמים את הפרויקט בכל אחד מחמשת הארגונים.

עבודה משותפת עם מנהל/ת פעילות השטחים הכבושים (OPT) של קרל"א לצורך הקצאה אסטרטגית של משאבי המחלקה בין פרויקט זה לבין יוזמות רחבות יותר של קרל"א בשטחים.

דרישות
מחויבות לחמלה ולאמפתיה.

הזדהות עם ערכי הארגונים השותפים: שמירה והגנה על זכויות אדם אוניברסליות, ובפרט זכויות האדם של הפלסטינים בהקשר של הכיבוש המתמשך והטרור היהודי בשטחים הכבושים.

ניסיון של לפחות שנתיים בניהול פרויקטים של חברה אזרחית בתחומי שינוי חברתי ו/או זכויות אדם.

היכרות עם השיטות והמטרות של אקטיביזם לזכויות אדם בשטחים הכבושים (ניסיון אישי קודם – יתרון).

יכולת תפקוד גבוהה גם בתוך החברה הישראלית וגם בתוך החברה הפלסטינית.

מגורים באזור ירושלים, או נכונות לנסיעות קבועות.

עברית שוטפת.

אנגלית ברמה גבוהה.

ערבית ברמת שיחה – יתרון.

ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים במימון האיחוד האירופי – יתרון.

תואר אקדמי רלוונטי – יתרון.

המשרה היא בהיקף מלא (100%) עד תום תקופת הפרויקט, בתאריך 30.09.2026, עם אפשרות להארכה לאחר מכן. השכר נע בין 11,000–13,000 ₪ ברוטו, בהתאם לניסיון.

Call for Applications - Project Manager - Protective Presence Consortium
Rabbis for Human Rights (RHR) is leading a project with a consortium of five organizations active in human rights defense. The project aims to:

1. Increase the number and capacity of unarmed civilian protectors to respond to human rights violations against West Bank Palestinians with direct protection, de-escalation, documentation, and solidarity.
2. Create opportunities for building awareness and resilience within and between Israeli and Palestinian communities and society.
Description of Responsibilities
Ensure timely and effective design and implementation of planned project activities, which will take place on both sides of the Green Line.
Assist in compliance, including monitoring outputs, tracking expenditures, and periodic evaluation
Attend monthly in-person meetings of the five-member Project Consortium to assess project progress, make decisions, report on implementation
Serve as a central point of contact for staff implementing the project across the five organizations
Work with RHR’s Director of OPT Operations to strategically allocate department resources between this project and the broader initiatives of RHR in the OPT
Requirements
Commitment to compassion and empathy
Identification with the values of the implementing organizations—safeguarding & defense of universal human rights, especially Palestinian human rights in the context of ongoing occupation and Jewish terrorism in the OPT
At least 2 years experience managing civil society projects in the field of social change and/or human rights.
Familiarity with the methods and aims of human rights activism in the OPT. (Prior personal experience—advantage)
Ability to work comfortably in Israeli and Palestinian societies
Based in the Jerusalem area, or willing to regularly commute
Fluent Hebrew
At least high-level English
Conversational Arabic—advantage
Experience with management of EU-funded projects—advantage
Relevant academic degree—advantage
The position is full time (100%) through the end of the project period on 30.09.2026, with the possibility of extension thereafter. Salary is 11,000-13,000 ILS commensurate with experience.
