Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects (Online and On-Prem).
Analyze business needs and translate them into system specifications.
Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with development teams and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Oversee system configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Proven experience in both Online and On-Premise environments.
Strong background in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
