SodaStream: Brand Marketing Assistant (Student Position)

Overview (English):

SodaStream, part of PepsiCo, is looking for a Brand Marketing Assistant (Student Position) to join our Marketing Team in a part-time, hourly role. This is a 6-month temporary position to support the team during a maternity leave, with the potential for a longer-term opportunity.
This role is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a global consumer brand company and exposure to day-to-day brand management and marketing operations.

Responsibilities (English):

Support the Marketing Team with ongoing brand and marketing activities.
Manage, upload, tag, and organize marketing assets within SodaStream's Digital Asset Management platform (SodaHub).
Maintain and organize presentations, product images, marketing materials, brand assets, and supporting documentation.
Support the preparation of presentations, reports, trackers, and internal communications.
Assist with the distribution and localization of marketing materials for global and regional teams.
Coordinate activities with cross-functional stakeholders across HQ and other business functions.
Open and track purchase orders and support related administrative processes.
Gain exposure to global brand processes and collaborate with teams across different markets.

Qualifications (English):

Student in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple functions and markets.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, service-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Previous administrative, marketing, or project coordination experience – an advantage.
