Marketing Analyst Team Lead

Responsibilities

Be the first Marketing analyst in the data department, conducting analyses and setting the foundation for future growth and success.
Take the lead in building the team by recruiting, training, and mentoring new members as the department expands.
Lay the groundwork for delivering actionable insights that will directly shape the product roadmap.
Analyze data from diverse sources to identify key opportunities and focus on high-impact initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and customer experience departments, establishing standardized metrics and fostering cross-functional alignment to drive success.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role, with a track record of optimizing marketing campaigns and delivering business impact.
Proficient in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and ad performance platforms.
Expertise in campaign tracking, performance analysis, and attribution modeling to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, funnel metrics, and customer segmentation techniques.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and experiment design to improve campaign performance.
Excellent communication skills: You can present insights, influence stakeholders, and align cross-functional teams.
A fast learner and problem solver: You thrive in dynamic environments, adapt quickly to change, and tackle challenges with confidence.
Data visualization skills: Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to create impactful reports and dashboards.
