About this opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electronic Production Engineer to join Algin’s Repair Lab team. This role is critical in supporting and leading failure investigations of electronic boards and sub-assemblies across our production lines.. The Electronic production engineer drive improvements in production yield and reduce MRB , Initiate and implement cost-reduction activities, design and develop tools, fixtures, and jigs to support robust and efficient manufacturing processes. Select, qualify, and manage electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will…
Evaluate and select components based on technical specifications, cost, availability, and reliability.
Maintain and manage the approved component database and lifecycle status.
Interface with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve component-related issues.
Monitor and mitigate risks related to component obsolescence and supply chain disruptions.
Support failure analysis and root cause investigations related to electronic and cables.
ECO’s Leading End to End (Include writing test protocols and Test executions)

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

In this role, you’ll need …
4+ years of experience in Production engineering or related roles.
Familiarity with PLM systems and component databases (e.g., Arena).
Familiarity with failure analysis tools and methodologies
Experience with industry standards (IPC, JEDEC, MIL-STD). Familiarity with CAD tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
