• Strong organizational skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• English - Very high level, mother tongue is preferable.

• Min. 2-3 years' experience as a Jira / ALM tool/ CRM / Kovair /Sysaid / Action Base administrator.
• Academic degree with a priority for Industrial Engineering, MIS Studies or similar field
• Experience in process development, workflow management & writing procedures
• Programming abilities in C, Python, Java, Groovy or other languages
• Experience in Klocwork, SharePoint, DOORs, Confluence
• Jira server-side admin support, knowledge of Greenhopper/Agile, Big Picture, Excel for Jira, Structure and ClickView or EazyBI
• Standards knowledge and familiarity with ISO9001 quality management systems (or similar standards from the aviation or medical devices industry)
