We’re looking for a highly motivated, experienced, hands-on Sr. Director of Business Operations to lead and scale the company’s core business and operational foundations. This is a leadership role that combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, where you will architect and optimize our end-to-end Lead-to-Cash journey.
Beyond execution, you will play a key role in shaping company-wide strategic decisions - connecting data, systems, and leadership to drive meaningful revenue outcomes. You will ensure clear visibility into performance, communicate insights and impact across the organization, and align teams around measurable growth.
What you’ll do:
Own and evolve Sola’s company-wide operating model, partnering closely with founders and leadership to translate strategy into structured execution and measurable outcomes.
Build and lead the Business Operations organization, ensuring it effectively supports and accelerates the company’s growth.
Architect and optimize the full Lead-to-Cash journey across PLG and sales-assisted motions, turning product signals and PQLs into scalable acquisition and expansion engines.
Establish company-wide KPIs, forecasting frameworks, and reporting infrastructure to provide real-time visibility into performance across revenue, product, and operational metrics.
Ensure integrity and alignment across CRM, billing, product usage, and analytics systems, creating a reliable source of truth for decision-making.
Drive operational excellence across cross-functional workflows, eliminating friction and improving execution velocity across teams.
Embed an AI-first mindset into the operating model, leveraging automation and modern tools to continuously increase efficiency and scale impact.
Requirements:
7-10+ years of experience in leading Business/GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles within a high-growth SaaS company, ideally including PLG and usage-based models.
A strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution - able to design company-level operating frameworks while diving deep into systems, data, and workflows when needed.
Deep technical fluency in CRM and business systems architecture, with hands-on experience in Salesforce, HubSpot, and integrations across billing, product, and analytics platforms.
Proven experience building KPI frameworks, forecasting models, and performance measurement systems that drive executive decision-making.
A systems-level, data-driven leader with strong executive presence and the ability to align cross-functional teams around measurable business outcomes.
High ownership, clarity of thought, and the confidence to challenge assumptions while maintaining a collaborative and positive approach. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving structure where it does not yet exist.
