I&C Engineer

We are looking for an I&C Engineer to join the Ashalim O&M Power Plantlocated in south of israel as part of Maintenance Team.In this position you shall support the I&C scope on site , including routine maintenance, troubleshooting, supporting planned activities and outages, supporting the implementation of tools and systems - all in accordance with contractual requirements, GE processes and country regulations.Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities:Analysis of control logic, detection of malfunction and elaboration of mitigation measuresExecuting simulations in compliance with established proceduresCalibrations and equipment function checkSupport the efforts to reduce maintenance costs by efficient use of consumables, parts and toolsSupport Cyber Security topicsExecute different projects related to I&CSupport the I&C lead & I&C teamQualificationsCertified Engineer - In Instrumentation and Control - or other relevant fieldAt least 3 years’ experience working in a Gas/Steam/Combine Cycle Power Plant or Industrial facilityPrevious experience with DCS - advantageGood knowledge and understanding of industrial control systems and toolsHands on approach and ability to work under pressureDemonstrated communication & organizational skillsStrong interpersonal skillsFluent Hebrew and good English, both verbal and writtenAble to be on-call/work on weekends and holidays when neededAdditional InformationThe job is open to men and women equallyRelocation Assistance Provided: No
