Purchasing Team Mmber

Magnus Metal is seeking an Entry-level Purchasing and inventory Handling Team Member to join our team. This role involves supporting the purchasing and stock handling processes to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of materials for production.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience in Priority ERP Program a plus
Basic Computer Skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluent Hebrew and Excellent written English
1-3 years of experience in purchasing or stock handling roles
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials and supplies for production
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet production demands
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities in purchasing processes
Manage order delivery including receipt of goods and invoices
Enter purchasing orders and monitor till arrival of goods.
