Head of Product

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in product management
Proven leadership experience, with at least 2 years leading and mentoring a team of product managers
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to product development
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting product data
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
Track record of successful product launches
Experience in fintech, banking, or finance industry is a plus
Experience in leading with AI-based products is a plus

Responsibilities:

Define and champion a clear product vision and roadmap, aligned with company goals and market trends
Lead a talented team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision making
Conduct thorough market and user research to identify opportunities, understand customer pain points, and inform product development
Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure seamless product development and launch
Own the product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to execution and measurement
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to optimize product performance and user engagement
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and cutting-edge
