Seeking: A full-time resource development associate
NATAL – Israel Trauma and Resiliency Center is looking to hire a full-time resource development associate for long-term employment.
Requirements:
Minimum of two years professional employment within a fundraising capacity – an absolute must.
• Native English speaker (preference for North America)
• Working proficiency in Hebrew (an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Tech-savvy including experience with generative AI tools
• A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, diligent and responsible.
• Able to work under the pressure of multiple deadlines and to multitask.
Position Description:
• Initiating and writing grant proposals and reports to funding partners in Israel and abroad.
• Working closely with the American Friends of NATAL office in New York, including online staff meetings in evening hours.
• Maintaining and cultivating existing donor relations in addition to identifying new funding partners.
• Providing impact reports, data-driven program updates, and visual presentations to donors and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with PR, Marketing & Digital teams and NATAL’s affiliates, to streamline messaging and expand outreach through social media campaigns.
• Leading an internship program for volunteer students coming from the U.S. and abroad.
• This job includes an administrative aspect.
