Production Project Manager- Temporary

We are looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our Production Operations team.

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with Product and R&D teams to plan and execute projects, ensuring these are delivered on time and meet our high-quality standards. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of high profile roadmap projects. You will play a critical role in the success of our technology and product initiatives, managing risks, tracking progress, and communicating with partners and stakeholders. If you're a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in a dynamic engineering environment and love to get things done, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in project management in a tech environment
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
High familiarity with software development lifecycle and ecosystem
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering /information systems /computer science, or equivalent
Can-do attitude, ability to work independently in a high cadence dynamic environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

What am I going to do?:

Own project execution end to end - develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, KPIs, and resource allocations
Work closely with Product owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Ensure that projects are delivered on time with a focus on technical excellence and top-quality delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and Business to ensure successful project completion
Track and report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as required
