We are looking for an experienced DevOps Team Leader to bridge the gap between technical execution and team mentorship.
In this "player-coach" role, you will be responsible for building and grooming a high-performing infrastructure engineering team while remaining deeply involved in the code and architecture.
In this position:
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a DevOps / infrastructure engineering team
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure software infrastructure
- Drive best practices across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including version control, code reviews, testing, and deployment
- Support SW development and validation teams with tools for CI and automation
- Collaborate closely with software, QA, and product teams to enable fast and stable delivery
