Position: Student Program Coordinator
📆 Full/Part-time (80%-100%)
About MEET:
MEET (Middle East Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow) is an educational NGO that brings together young Palestinian and Israeli leaders through technology, entrepreneurship, and leadership training. In partnership with MIT, we equip students with the skills to drive social, economic, and political change.
About the Role:
We’re looking for passionate Student Program Coordinators to mentor students, manage program logistics, and support curriculum implementation. This is a great opportunity for entry-level professionals seeking hands-on experience in an impact-driven nonprofit.
Key Responsibilities:
Mentor & Support a cohort of 40 students: build relationships, lead social activities, resolve conflicts, and foster cross-cultural understanding.
Program Operations: Handle logistics, liaise with service providers, and coordinate transportation, food, and volunteers.
Program Development & Evaluation: Assist with documentation, assessment, and donor reporting.
Recruitment & Outreach: Engage with schools, conduct student selection, and run admissions processes (Nov–May).
What You Bring:
✅ Fluent in English + Hebrew or Arabic
✅ Experience working with youth (preferred)
✅ Passion for social impact
✅ Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
✅ Willing to work flexible hours, including an intensive 4-week summer program
🚗 Driver’s license (preferred)
