Join the creative force behind Innovid, the world's largest ad tech platform for omnichannel advertising. We're on the hunt for a Senior Brand Designer who blends strategic thinking with outstanding design execution. If you have a sharp eye, a clean aesthetic, and a passion for building bold, cohesive brand visuals, this role is for you.

As part of our Tel Aviv-based Marketing Creative team, you'll report directly to the SVP, Head of Design, and work closely with global stakeholders. From digital campaigns and product launches to high-impact presentations and event branding, you'll help define how Innovid shows up across every touchpoint - online, on stage, in print, and beyond.

What You'll Do
Design standout marketing materials for campaigns, events, social, sales, and employer branding
Own projects from concept to execution across digital and print
Collaborate across marketing and design to bring ideas to life
Stay on-brand while evolving our visual language
Partner with HR and Employee Experience teams to support internal communications and employer brand initiatives
Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders at all levels
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment

What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Visual / Communication Design or related field
5+ years in brand/marketing design (ideally in a product-driven tech company)
Strong portfolio of marketing assets across channels and formats
Proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Figma expert - a must
PowerPoint / Google Slides expert - a must
Experience with AI design tools - a big plus
Light experience with After Effects/video editing - a plus
Team player, self-starter, thrives on feedback and collaboration
Strong English (written + spoken)
