Batsheva Dance Company Seeks Full-time Director of International Development

Position Overview
The Director of International Development is responsible for cultivating and securing philanthropic and institutional support from international sources, mainly in the USA, as well as in other countries. The Director will collaborate with the executive team in Israel and the USA to increase Batsheva’s financial sustainability in the coming years.

Qualifications
• Minimum five years of experience in international fundraising and development, preferably with the organized Jewish world.
• Demonstrate success in building strong donor relationships and securing substantial gifts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; good command of Hebrew.
• Strong intercultural competence and ability to work effectively across global contexts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; strong team player.
• Appreciation of arts and culture.
• Tech-savvy.
• Academic degree required; advanced degree – an advantage.
• Experience living abroad – an advantage.
