Beit Daniella is a community-based day treatment and rehabilitation center – the first and only one of its kind in Israel – for teens coping with mental health challenges. Beit Daniella is a short term (4 to 6 month) program that provides youth with vital skills to transition back into their families, schools and communities.Beit Daniella currently operates two branches: in Tzur Hadassah and Moshav Shibolim in the South.
The Project Manager will work directly with the organization's CEOs and be an integral part of the admin team.
Position Description:
Leading the Marathon Campaign (primarily October–April)

Re-engaging past marathon runners and recruiting new ones

Meeting fundraising goals and coordinating donation-related tasks

Managing campaign visibility on social media and other platforms

Working in the areas of public relations and media coverage

Overseeing logistics: marathon registration processes, fundraising materials, and surrounding events

Liaising with regional councils on land allocation for our branches, assisting in site search, and initiating partnerships for establishing our third branch

Staff Recruitment: posting and filtering job candidates

Organizing community events such as volunteer days and alumni gatherings

Coordinating site visits of partners and donors

Managing social media and WhatsApp groups

Job Requirements:
Self-starter, organizational and technological skills, and excellent interpersonal skills

Proven ability to independently lead and execute projects from A to Z

Full-time position; mostly remote work, with in-person meetings approximately once every two weeks

English - mother tongue, fluent written and spoken Hebrew

Team Player

Experience in fundraising and donor management – an advantage

Teaching certificate – an advantage
